Valley of the Sun YMCA Notice to Contractors The Valley of the Sun YMCA will receive sealed bids for the Early Learning Center Renovations Project located at 2919 N. Litchfield Road Goodyear, AZ 85395. Bids must be received by 14 calendar days of this post at our corporate office at 350 North 1st Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85003. Project includes: The Southwest Valley Family YMCA will use Community Development Block Grant funds to reconfigure and expand its existing early learning classrooms. Improvements will include the construction of dedicated classrooms for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children within the existing building footprint. These improvements will replace the current mixed-age classroom configuration and support age-appropriate, developmentally responsive instruction. Bid documents are available exclusively via email. Contractors may request the documents by emailing grants@vosymca.org. Documents will be provided in PDF format. All work shall be performed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including CDBG requirements, Davis-Bacon wage determinations, Section 3 provisions, and other relevant standards. The Valley of the Sun YMCA reserves the right to reject any or all bids. In the event of bid rejection, reasons will be fully documented, and all bidders will be notified of the award and protest procedures.
