Than an application has been made to the Planning Board of the Borough of Spotswood on behalf of Dorothy Kraszewski affecting premises known as 5 North Street on Block No. 87.11 Lot No. 3.
The purpose of the application is as follows: Rear porch addition encroaches side yard setbacks 8' minimum and 5' proposed in an R-5 zone.
Rear Porch addition encroaches combined side yard setback 20' minimum and 19' proposed R-5 zone.
A hearing on the subject matter will be held on December 16, 2025 at 7:30pm at the Spotswood Municipal Building, 77 Summerhill Road, Spotswood, New Jersey 08884. On said date and time you may appear in person, or by your attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the subject application.
You may, if you desire, examine any documents and maps that are part of such application at the Spotswood Municipal Clerk's Office, 77 Summerhill Road, Spotswood, New Jersey during normal business hours.
