Variance Application
Please take notice that Steven & Andrea Finelli have applied to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rutherford for a variance from the following provisions within the zoning Code and any other variances that may become
evident during the course of the hearing,
Proposed Rear Yard Setback= 9.13ft. (15ft. min. is required), as to permit the
construction of a new rear covered patio on the premises known as 94 East Pierrepont Avenue, block 122 / lot 16 which property is in the R-1 zone.
The Board of Adjustment will hear this appeal at 7:00 pm on June 16th, 2026,
on the 2nd floor of the Borough Hall, 176 Park Avenue, Rutherford, New Jersey
at which time members of the public may appear either in person or by
attorney, and present any objection or evidence relating to this appeal.
