Variance Application Please take notice that Steven & Andrea Finelli have applied to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rutherford for a variance from the following provisions within the zoning Code and any other variances that may become evident during the course of the hearing, Proposed Rear Yard Setback= 9.13ft.
