Variance Approval Request to Mt Ephraim Ordinance for Extended Driveway Apron
Please take notice that I, Michelle Ray, have applied to the Mt. Ephraim Joint Land Use Board for variance to Ordinance 369:6-369:10, requesting allowance for an driveway apron to be extended.
This variance will allow an elderly resident to safely and comfortably access the driveway space closest to the entrance of her residence. The driveway apron is proposed be extended from 10 feet to 22 feet, to correspond with the two-vehicle driveway at the property. This will be similar to several other properties within 200 square feet of the property.
The property is known as 501 W Kings Hwy, Block 73, Lot 001 in Mt Ephraim Borough. Any person affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at a public hearing to be held on the 8th day of October, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building at 121 S. Black Horse Pike in Mt Ephraim, NJ of which I'll be present.
All documents related to this application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the office of the Secretary of the Land Use Board in the Municipal Building, 121 S. Black Horse Pike, Mt Ephraim, NJ ten (10) days prior to the hearing and may be inspected through the Borough website: www.mountephraim-nj.org.
