Variance Request

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned,
Conor M. Mulholland,
has appealed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Wall for variance approval.
The applicant proposes to request variance relief from Section 140-194 (Lot Coverage) in order to maintain an existing shed on the property.
The building coverage currently stands at 18.9% without the shed, which is within the maximum permitted coverage of 19%. With the shed, the total building coverage slightly exceeds the allowable limit by less than one percent. The applicant respectfully seeks approval to maintain the shed as existing.
The applicant further requests that the application be deemed amended as necessary, and that the Board grant any and all additional variances, waivers, or approvals that may be required upon review and processing of this application.

A public hearing on this matter will be held at a regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on:
Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM

located at the Wall Township Municipal Building.
