The applicant is proposing backyard paver patio. The applicant is seeking the following variances or waivers: 1. Rear yard (20' required, 6' proposed) (Code Section 160-66D(1) 2. Impervious coverage limit 45% /Proposed 90.8% (Code Section 160-66D (1) 4. The applicant will also seek any other waivers or variances noted by the Board or its staff during the course of review.
