Variance hearing In compliance with the Municipal Land Use and Zoning Ordinances of the Township of Denville, New Jersey, notice is hereby given to the effect that Darren Burns hereby proposes to install a 6' vinyl fence from the back corners of the house to to the rear corn era of the backyard to meet the 6' vinyl fences of the rear neighbors yards. Proposed fence does not meet the required front yard style and height of 4 feet. The property is located at 23 Parks Rd, Block 31102, Lot 22.This is in violation of section 600-166a of the zoning ordinance. we have applied to the Board for a variance from this requirement and any other variances required by the board.
