Barbara Eodice, 1014 Walnut Street, Piscataway, NJ, 08854, has requested the granting of a Bulk Variance for Application # 25-ZB-63V. Applicant would like to retain existing sheds and fence in front yard setback; corner lot. The applicant will appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment online to seek relief from the PiscatawayTownship Zoning Code:

21-501Required – 8 foot rear yard setback for an accessory structure
Proposed – 2.6 foot rear yard setback for an accessory structure (shed) (existing)
Required – 8 foot side yard setback for an accessory structure
Proposed – 2.6 foot side yard setback for two accessory structures (sheds) (existing)
Required – maximum building coverage 20 percent
Proposed – 20.2 percent building coverage (existing)
21-619.1Required – in any residential district, no fence located within the front yard setback (25 feet) shall be over four feet in height and/or consist of no more than 50% solid material
Proposed – a 6 foot vinyl fence located along the front yard property line (Birchwood Drive)
for property located at 1014 Walnut Street, Piscataway, NJ 08854, listed as Block 411, Lot 1.01, located in the R-7.5 Zone, on map page 4 on the Piscataway Township Tax Map. The applicant also requests any and all other variances/relief that the Zoning Board may deem necessary as per said application. The Zoning Board Meeting will only be available remotely as a Zoom Meeting and will not be in person; please see below:
