Ventura Advanced Water Purification Facility – 90% PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting Certified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE/OBE/ Subs & Suppliers to bid the Ventura Advanced Water Purification Facility 90% Project in Ventura, CA for the City of Ventura. Only bids for the following scopes of work are currently being solicited at the 90% Design stage: structural concrete, flatwork, coatings, glazing, metal framing, drywall, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, process equipment procurement, above ground welded steel tanks NAICS: 237110, 238120, 238220, 238320, 238310, 332312, 423830 Project Description: The project consists of an Advanced Water Purification system with reverse osmosis UV and chlorine treatment within a process building, chemical area and associated pumpstations with transmission pipelines. In addition to the process facilities, there is also a maintenance facility, electric building with backup generator, administrative building with office space, fencing, site development including pedestrian pathways parking and landscaping improvements, as well as earthwork to develop for storm water retention ponds and mass import to raise existing site above projected future flood plain.
