Village of Fox Crossing Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Fox Crossing Planning Commission on a rezoning application submitted by Chet Properties, LLC for the proposed rezoning of Parcel No. 1210518 from R-2: Suburban Low Density District to R-3: Suburban Medium Density District to allow for residential duplex development. NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Fox Crossing Planning Commission on a preliminary plat application submitted by Chet Properties, LLC for Parcel No. 1210518 to subdivide the property into ten (10) lots to be developed with 2-family homes (duplexes) plus a stormwater pond. The property proposed for rezoning and a preliminary plat are described as: 985 Irish Road, Neenah, WI 54956; Parcel No. 1210518 The Planning Commission will be considering the rezoning application and preliminary plat at an informal public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 5:15 p.m., or shortly thereafter, in the Arden Tews Assembly Room of the Municipal Complex, 2000 Municipal Drive, Neenah, WI 54956. Persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to comment about the rezoning and preliminary plat and are invited to attend.
