Village of Frankfort Invitation to Bid Invitation for Paving Bids The Village of Frankfort is accepting sealed bids for Main Street Milling and Paving +/-24,000 yards. 1. Cold mill the existing asphalt surface to a depth of 2" and provide all hauling of the milled material, trimming, cleaning and sweeping. 2. Include adjustments of existing manholes, catch basins and water valves, up to 15 total. 3. Diluted tack coat shall be applied per NYS DOT application rates for milled pavement. (.08 gallons per square yard of milled surface) 4. Supply and install 2" (after compaction) of 12.5MM HMA top course. 5. Provide maintenance and protection of traffic throughout construction. The successful Bidder will be required to pay prevailing wage rates on this project. Sealed bids must be received by 4pm on September 23, 2025, at the Village Clerk's office, 110 Railroad Street, Frankfort, NY 13340. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall bear on the face the name and address of the responsible bidder and be labeled "Sealed bid". Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Village Board Meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
