Village of Silver Lake Harriet Road Assessment NOTICE OF ASSESSING ORDINANCE The Council of the Village of Silver Lake, Ohio, enacted Ordinance No. 21-2026 on May 6, 2026 (the "Ordinance") levying special assessments for the improvement of Harriet Road between the termini of Graham Road and Oakridge Drive and Graham Road between the termini of the western property boundary of 1618 Graham Road to the eastern property boundary of 1636 Graham Road by paving, grading, constructing and reconstructing concrete sidewalks, driveway approaches, storm sewers and water mains, all together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, comprising the Harriet Road Improvement. Your property is being assessed for the improvement. The special assessments levied by the ordinance are now on file and may be inspected at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. The special assessments against each lot or parcel of land may be paid within 30 days after the date of enactment of the Ordinance. You may pay the special assessment for the improvement in cash at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer located at 2961 Kent Road, Silver Lake, OH 44224. Special assessments that are not paid within that 30 day period will be collected in 10 semiannual payments representing 5 annual installments.
