Village of South Corning 2026 Property Taxes PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of South Corning, New York have received the tax roll and warrant for collection of taxes for the fiscal year 2026–2027. The tax rate is $5.131205 per $1,000 of assessed value. Bills will be mailed to property owners by March 1st, 2026 and are due without penalty by March 31, 2026. Payments may be made in person, mailed or placed in the drop box to the left of the front door, facing Clark St. Mailed payments must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2026 to avoid penalty. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on all such taxes remaining unpaid after March 31, 2026, five percent (5%) will be added for the first month and an additional one percent (1%) will be added each month, or fraction thereof, until paid. Any taxes still unpaid after October 31st, 2026 will be returned to the Steuben County Treasurer to be re-levied with the 2027 Town and County tax bill.
