PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 7:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Village of Woodbury Planning Board in Village Hall at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York 10930, to provide an opportunity for public comment on an application for Amended Site Plan, Special Permit, & Wetlands review for modifications to an office building. Said property is located at 11 Abrams Rd. in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 226 Block 1 Lot 38. This public hearing shall be held in the Boardroom of Village Hall, located at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York. After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments.
