Village of Woodbury Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing 14 Alleghany Cross PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, July 1, 202, at 7:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Village of Woodbury Planning Board in Village Hall at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York 10930, to provide an opportunity for public comment on an application for ARB and Ridge Preservation for a new single-family dwelling on a vacant lot. Said property is located at 14 Alleghany Cross in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 255 Block 2 Lot 14. After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments.
