Village of Woodbury Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing Cioffi for 48 Smith Clove Rd. Notice is hereby given that the Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:30 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in the application of Jerry Cioffi appealing the determination of Building Inspector John Hand that the property located at 48 Smith Clove Rd. Central Valley, New York does not meet the frontage requirement for commercial use without a variance. Said property is located in the IB Zoning District at 48 Smith Clove Rd. Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 231, Block 3, Lot 5.12. This public hearing shall be held in the Boardroom of Village Hall (455 Route 32, Central Valley, New York). After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments.
