Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Hearing 21 Hudson Pointe
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the matter of the application of Hartman Design, on behalf of the owner of 21 Hudson Pointe (SBL 255-2-3), located in the R-1A Zoning District. The applicant seeks an area variance from § 310-25(A) of the Village Code to permit installation of an in-ground swimming pool in a yard other than the rear yard, whereas the zoning regulations provide that swimming pools shall only be permitted in a rear yard.
This public hearing shall be held in the Boardroom of Village Hall, located at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York. After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments. Written comments will be accepted prior to the meeting by email at buildingdepartment@villageofwoodbury.com and/or by regular first-class mail addressed to: Village of Woodbury Building Dept., Attn: Jennifer Potter, 19 Adams St., Highland Mills, NY 10930. All persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard on issues raised on the appeal.
