Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing 21 Birchwood Drive
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the matter of the application of Rob Colon as owner of 21 Birchwood Drive (SBL 211-1-27), located in the R-1A Zoning District. The applicant seeks a variance from § 146-5(B) of the Village Code to permit the construction of a six (6) foot high fence in the front and side yards, whereas the maximum height permitted in any front or side yard is four (4) feet.
This public hearing shall be held in the Boardroom of Village Hall, located at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York. After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments. Written comments will be accepted prior to the meeting by email at buildingdepartment@villageofwoodbury.com and/or by regular first-class mail addressed to: Village of Woodbury Building Dept., Attn: Jennifer Potter, 19 Adams St., Highland Mills, NY 10930. All persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard on issues raised on the appeal.
