Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing 14 Stillman Wye Notice is hereby given that the Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the matter of the application of Hartman Design, on behalf of the owner of 14 Stillman Wye (SBL 255-1-69), located in the SH (Senior Housing) District. The applicant seeks area variances from Zoning Code § 310-7 of the Village Zoning Code (Schedule of District Regulations) and Zoning Code § 310-36 to increase the maximum permitted lot coverage from 35% to 43.6%, and to reduce the required front yard setback from 25 feet to 22.4 feet. This public hearing shall be held in the Boardroom of Village Hall, located at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York. After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments.
