Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing for Marriot Signage Locey Lane
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the matter of the application of Rainbow Group of Central Valley, Inc., on behalf of the owner of 6 Lacey Lane (SBL 225-1-34.222), located in the IB Zoning District. The applicant seeks an area variance from Zoning Code § 310-7 (Schedule of District Regulations) and Zoning Code § 310-30D(2)(a) to allow an additional wall-mounted sign and an additional freestanding sign.
This public hearing shall be held in the Boardroom of Village Hall, located at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York. After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments. Written comments will be accepted prior to the meeting by email at buildingdepartment@villageofwoodbury.com and/or by regular first-class mail addressed to: Village of Woodbury Building Dept., Attn: Jennifer Potter, 19 Adams St., Highland Mills, NY 10930. All persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard on issues raised on the appeal.
