The application does not seek to alter current site operations, introduce new emissions sources, or increase currently authorized emissions; rather, the application includes only administrative updates which reflect the consolidation of existing emission authorizations and updated location information for currently permitted equipment. This renewal action will therefore not result in any new emissions or increases in greenhouse gas (GHG) or co pollutant emissions from what was previously reviewed and authorized by NYSDEC. An Enhanced Public Participation Plan (EPPP) has been developed in accordance with 6 NYCRR 621.3(a)(3). The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public about this renewal and to involve the community during the ASF Permit Modification Application review process.
