WATERTOWN CHARTER TOWNSHIP CLINTON COUNTY, MICHIGAN NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 61 Proposed Ordinance No. 61 would amend Chapter 28 – Zoning, of the Watertown Charter Township Codified Book of Ordinances which is summarized as follows: Proposed Ordinance No. 61 is an amendment which clarifies the intent of the ordinance, describes general sign provisions, deletes references to sign types which conflict with judicial rulings, and amends the schedule of sign regulations to improve compliance with judicial rulings. Proposed Ordinance No. 61 was introduced at a regular meeting of the Township Board of Trustees on December 15, 2025, and will be considered for adoption at their next regular meeting which will be held on January 20, 2026, at 6:00pm.
