WHEATFIELD TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Wheatfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 3, 2025, at 7:00PM at the Township Hall at 985 E. Holt Road, Williamston, MI, 48895. The purpose fo the public hearing is to consider an application for a dimensional variance by Andrew and Callie Langenderfer for the property located at 2002 Almond Road between Noble Road and Holt Road.The applicant is seeking to encroach ten (10) feet into the front yard setback from Holt Road to construct an addition to the principle structure. Specifically, they are seeking relief from the requirements established under Article 3, Zoning Districts, Regulations and Map, Table3-4, Site Development Requirements. Information concerning this application may be obtained from the Township Clerk during regular business hours, Thursday 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (or by appointment). Written comments should be received by 12:00 pm (noon), October 30, 2025 and addressed to the Wheatfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals, 985 E. Hold Road, Williamston, MI 48895. They will become part of the regular minutes of the hearing. Wheatfield Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the public hearing to individuals in need of a minimum five (5) day notice to the Township Clerk (517-655-4161). All interested persons are invited to attend. This notice is published according to law.
