ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF 2025
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE WILSON TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE TO ZONE PROPERTY
THE TOWNSHIP OF WILSON ORDAINS:
Section 1. Rezoning of Property.
The zoning map incorporated into Section 3.04 of the Wilson Township Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to zone the following property situated in the Township of Wilson, County of Charlevoix, State of Michigan and described as: S1/2 OF NE1/4 OF SW1/4 SEC 17 T32N R6W 20A
to the Resource Development Agricultural District (RDA).
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective eight (8) days after being published in a newspaper of general circulation within the Township.
