WILSON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION CHARLEVOIX COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Wilson Township Planning Commission will conduct a public meeting at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2026, in the Wilson Town Hall located at 02530 Fall Park Rd to hear the following: A Public Hearing to consider the proposed amendments to following Articles of Wilson Township Zoning Ordinance: Article II Definitions: Addition the term and definition of Data Center. Article IX Industrial District: Addition of item 3 to Section 9.03 to designate Data Center as a special use in the Industrial District. The regulatory effect of the proposed amendments is to establish definition of a Data Center and the designation of the location for the use.
