WRIGHTSTOWN MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY

WRIGHTSTOWN MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL WMUA NEWSPAPERS UNTIL ONLINE PUBLICATION COMMENCES WHEREAS, the Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority, is required by law to designate an official newspaper or newspapers for the publication of legal notices and other municipal matters; and WHEREAS, Public Law 2025, c. 72 becomes effective on March 1, 2026, eliminating the need or requirement for physical newspaper publication and instead creating online publications on the Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority's official website; and WHEREAS, the Governing Body seeks to ensure that all required public information is published in newspapers of general circulation that reliably serve the residents of Wrightstown until such time that the WMUA takes over with all official publications on the Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority's website; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority of the Borough of Wrightstown, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey that: In conformance with Public Law 2025, c. 72, which becomes effective on March 1, 2026, the Borough designates the Burlington County Times and the Trentonian as the Official Newspapers for all public notices required by law from January 1, 2026 through February 28, 2026. Effective March 1, 2026, all municipal public notices shall be posted on the Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority's Official Website, www.wrightstownmua.com. Publication Dates LSOM0468733 $
