RESOLUTION APPOINTING BANK DEPOSITORY
WHEREAS, the Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority wishes to designate its regular banking depositories for official purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority, Borough of Wrightstown, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, that all Wrightstown Municipal Utilities Authority hereby designates the following banks to be official bank depositors:

2. BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON
