Waiting List Open Notice - Chaparral Townhouses Chaparral Townhouses is now accepting applications for our Two- and Three-Bedroom Waiting List. Utilizing Housing Assistance Payments from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Chaparral provides affordable housing to those who qualify. Income and other restrictions apply. Those wishing to apply for a position on the Waiting List, must do so in person and by appointment at the Rental Office, located at 1301 N. Stiles Ave, OKC, OK 73104. Chaparral Townhouses may close the waiting in the future as allowed by HUD Guidelines.
