Waldo Township Zoning Commission Public Meeting Notice The Waldo Township Zoning Commission is hereby giving notice of an upcoming Zoning Commission meeting regarding a Requested Amendment for a Parcel on Waldo Delaware Road. Meeting will be held on Wednesday January 21, 2026 at 6pm at the Fort Morrow Fire Department Community Room in Waldo. The topic will be an Application for Zoning Amendment for Parcel 38-0340000302, portion of lot (12.2 acres) located on Waldo Delaware Road. The applicant, Jeramiah and Jennifer Donelson c/o Charles Palmer - Plank Law Firm LPA are requesting to re-zone the parcel noted above from what is currently R-R (Rural Residential) to B-I (Business Industrial).
