Public Hearing Notice
In accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 131 Sec. 40, as amended – The Wetlands Protection Act, a public hearing will be held on an Amendment to the Plan and to the Order of Conditions DEP# 323-1286 filed by 786 Webster Realty Trust (Applicant) and Ghassan Nayfeh & Rajaa Chamoun (Owners) to determine whether the proposed retail building and auto service station at 415-431 South Main Street & 443 South Main Street in Webster, MA Assessor ID 1-H-5-0 & 1-H-7-0) is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and local wetland bylaw. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, MA on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Any person interested in this application or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
