West Central Texas Council of Governments Public Notice West Central Texas Council of Governments (WCTCOG) Notice of Public Hearing Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Regional Project Priorities FY 2027–2028 Funding Cycle The West Central Texas Council of Governments (WCTCOG) is seeking public input on the proposed Regional Project Priorities for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Community Development Fund for the FY 2027–2028 funding cycle. The WCTCOG Executive Committee will hold a public hearing to receive comments before adopting the Regional Project Priorities. Date: Wednesday, July 22, 2026 Time: 12:30 p.m. Location: West Central Texas Council of Governments 3702 Loop 322 Abilene, Texas 79602 Individuals wishing to address the Executive Committee must complete a Public Comment Form and submit it, along with any supporting materials, to the below contact person no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
