Westbaker Industrial Subdivision Lot-1 Tecspan Concrete Structures, LLC (250 N Hartford Ave #300, Columbus OH 43222) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to state our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the proposed subdivision located in part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 4 West, Fairfield Township, City of Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Run-o7 from the project site will travel overland across the site via vegetated swales and storm sewer lines towards existing offsite culverts and eventually into a Wabash River Tributary known as Durkees Run.
