Willard Public Notice The City of Willard, Missouri planning and development department in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Willard, Missouri, Greene County intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Proctor Road and New Melville. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along the Willard Channel of the Rainier Branch from a point approximately South of Proctor Road to a point approximately North of New Melville Road. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen and narrow, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow and the Base Flood Elevations will increase and decrease within the area of revision.
