NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROBERTA LYNN WILLIAMS has filed with this Court on the 10th day of December, 2025, her PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, AND FULL AUTHORITY UNDER THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT; that the aforesaid Petition, will be brought before the above-entitled Court for hearing on the 5th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. of said day, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, at the courtroom of the above-entitled Court, in the City of Yerington, County of Lyon, State of Nevada, at which time and place all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be confirmed. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action.
