PUBLIC NOTICE
This notice serves as the official 45-day public comment period regarding the Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) Proposed 2026 Annual Plan.
The draft of the Proposed 2026 Annual Plan will be available for public review beginning Monday, September 22, 2025, at the WHA website (www.wha.net) and at the WHA Central Office, located at 1524 S. 16th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401.
All comments must be submitted in writing to the WHA Central Office, Attn: Elena Camacho, Manager of Executive Operations, 1524 S. 16th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401, or via email at ecamacho@wha.net, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
A public hearing will be conducted on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room at the WHA Central Office (1524 S. 16th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401), unless otherwise specified. All interested parties are invited to attend and provide public comments in person.
