Wood County Transportation Public Notice The Specialized Transportation Assistance Grant Application for 2026 is scheduled for a public hearing on Thursday November 20, 2025, at 5:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Edgewater Haven Nursing Home Conference Room at 1351 Wisconsin River Dr Port Edwards, WI 54469. The public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comments for Wood County's proposed plan for spending the allocation of $231,004 authorized under Section 85.21 of the Wisconsin Statues to implement the elderly and disabled transportation program, the Locally Developed Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan, and all services including route and hours of operation will be discussed at the hearing.
