ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ LEGAL NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE THAT David Rosenfeld has appealed to the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Berkeley Heights for a variance from the provisions of Article 6.1, Section 6.1.1B, as well as Article 3.1, Section 3.1.7 of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit the installation of a semi-above ground pool in the right corner rear yard. Variances are needed for exceeding the maximum permitted total lot coverage of 30%. Relief is also needed for insufficient setback from the side and rear property lines.
This project pertains to the premises located at 55 Grandview Avenue and also known as Block 601, Lot 3.03, on the Berkeley Heights Tax Map, which is within 200 feet of property owned by you.
The applicant requests any and all such other variances, design waivers, site plan exceptions and/or other relief from the Board of Adjustment as may be deemed necessary or required at the time of the hearing of this matter.
This appeal is now on the Secretary's calendar, and a public hearing has been ordered for Thursday evening, October 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, in the public meeting room of the Municipal Building (Room 155, the "Berkeley Room"), 29 Park Avenue, Berkeley Heights, NJ at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granting of this appeal.
