NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lewisboro will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, New York, Justice Court.

Application of Lisa Pizzurro, [The Lisa & Christopher Pizzurro Irrevocable Trust, owner of record], 69 Bouton Road, South Salem, NY for the following variance of the proposed two-story garage consisting of 690 sq ft on the main level and 346 sq ft on the upper level for a combined total of 1,036 sq ft is the maximum permitted per Article IV Section 220-43.4B(11) of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 436 sq ft variance.
The property is located on the south side of (69) Bouton Rd, South Salem, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 31, Block 10805 Lot 8, in an SCR-2A, Two Acre Special Character Residential District consisting of approximately 2.00 acres.
