NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lewisboro will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, New York, Justice Court.

Kane Revocable Trust, owner of record], 14 Chapel Rd, Waccabuc, NY for the following variance of the proposed addition of a new mudroom entry under an existing porch roof footprint of 70 s.f. it has a 11-7'front yard setback whereas 50'-0" are required in R-4A zone as per Article IV Section 220- 12 schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 38'.3" ft variance; the applicant is proposing an addition of a new mudroom entry under an existing porch roof footprint of 70 s.f. it has a 21-0'center line of street setback whereas 75'-0" are required in R-4A zone as per Article IV Section 220- 12 schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 54'.0" ft variance.
The property is located on the south side of (14) Chapel Rd, Waccabuc, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 22, Block 10802, Lot 7,20,&24, in a R-4A, Residential Four-Acre District consisting of approximately 5.72 acres.
