ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Monmouth, Illinois on Wednesday July 8th, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall 100 East Broadway, at which time and place the board will consider:
1st Request:
A setback variance of eighteen (18) inches from the Northwest (Rear) property line instead of the required twenty-five (25) feet rear setback.
With all other setbacks met, and considering stormwater runoff to re-locate an existing twenty (20') feet by Twenty-two (22') feet detached garage. (Property has been surveyed)
