In order to obtain site plan approval for a 5151 sq. ft. 2-story recreational Clubhouse, the applicant will need the following variance: Section 355-57 of the Town Code requires the provision of 51 off-street parking spaces for the Clubhouse where 26 are provided, requiring a variance of 25 off-street parking spaces.
