ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, MD will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 9:30 am in the Washington County Administrative Complex, 100 W Washington Street, Room 1113, Hagerstown, MD. The public hearing is for the purpose of considering the following zoning map amendment: RZ-25-006 Applicant: Fast Gas Company Ordinance: Washington County Zoning Ordinance Location: 16512 and 16514 Virginia Avenue and Brookmeade Circle TM 56/G 4/P 309 and 314 and TM 56/G 04/P 766 Proposed map amendment from RT (Residential Transition) to HI (Highway Interchange) zoning district.
