TAKE NOTICE, that on October 21st, 2025 at 7:00pm, a hearing will be held before the [ ] Planning Board/ [ ] Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of North Brunswick at the Court Room of the Municipal Building at 710 Hermann Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey 08902, on the application for development of the undersigned, Jovan and Yvette Ford, so as to permit the installation of a 6 ft. privacy fence in the required 35 ft. front yard setback along Axel Avenue, on the premises located at 1281 Masoma Road, which requires the following relief:
The proposed development requires the following "C" variance(s):
on the premises located at 1281 Masoma Road and designated as BLOCK 47 AND LOT 22 on the Township tax map.
The Applicant also requests any variance relief, waivers or other approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board and which may arise during the hearing process.
The following maps, plans and documents are on file in the office of Community Development and are available for examination on the Township's websitewww.northbrunswicknj.gov:

Any interested party may join /appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Board.
