Zoning Board of Adjustment Application Notices
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, the Borough of Raritan, and the Rules and Regulations of the Raritan Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment, please take notice that Anthony J. Pellechia, owner of property located at 1009 Helene Place, Raritan Borough, New Jersey, designated on the Borough Tax Map as Block 71, Lot 1, has filed an application seeking approval to construct a two-story addition measuring 22 feet 6 inches by 25 feet 8 inches to the existing single-family dwelling.
This application requires variance relief from the Borough Zoning Ordinance, specifically for setback requirements, as well as any other variances, waivers, exceptions, or relief the Board may deem necessary upon further review of the application and submitted plans.
The public hearing on this application will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025 at 6:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers, Borough Hall, 22 First Street, Raritan, New Jersey.
The application and all accompanying documents are on file with the Administrative Zoning Official and are available for public inspection during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:15 P.M.) at Raritan Borough Hall, 22 First Street, Raritan, New Jersey.
At the time and place noted, interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
