Zoning Board of Adjustment Township of Ocean Monmouth County, New Jersey Take notice that on the 19th day of March, 2026 at 7:00 PM, a hearing will be held before the Township of Ocean, Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building in the Public Meeting Room, Deal and Monmouth Roads, Oakhurst, New Jersey on the appeal of the Zoning Officer, interpretation of the zoning map or construction of zoning ordinance(s) or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit an increase in the existing width of the driveway to match the width of the recently expanded garage addition. The following variances have been applied for: Sect. 21-45.12a, Accessory Structure Setback where driveway width in front yard is limited to 20 FT. and 35.5 FT is proposed, on the premises located at 50 Lynn Drive and designated as Block 1.02, Lot 98 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Ocean. In addition, the applicant(s) seek any and all variances, waivers and/or related relief which may be necessary to approve the application that is proposed. A copy of the application and all pertinent maps, drawings and documents have been filed with the Board Secretary and may be inspected at the Municipal Building in the Community Development Department during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
