Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a Public Hearing to take public comment in considering the
approval of a variance for a building addition to encroach 2' within a required 10' side-yard
setback for a property located at 25883 Oak St., Beaver Island MI 49782
The public may appear at the public hearing in person or by counsel. Written comments will
also be received by mailing them to the Township Clerk/ZBA Secretary at PO Box 85, Beaver
