Zoning Hearing Notice ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York, in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd Floor, 62 Civic Center Plaza on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the agenda on the following matter: 152 MONTGOMERY STREET: AREA VARIANCE Application for an area variance relative to the proposed installation of an HVAC unit in the side yard of the building at 152 Montgomery Street approximately 2.5 feet from the east side yard where Section 19-2.3(3)(g) of the Zoning Code requires a 5 foot set-back. Owner/Applicant: Ron Gelles; Grid #6161-22-197905; Zoning District: RNC; File #ZBA2025-036 At the public hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear all persons in support of and in opposition to the application.
