NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lewisboro will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, New York, Justice Court.

Application of Alexander Vellios, [Vellios, Alexander & Ioanna, owners of record], 28 West Rd, South Salem,NY for the following variances of the proposed two-story
addition would have a 23.9'left side yard setback whereas 30' are required in a R-1 A zone as per Article IV Section 220-12 schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a side yard variance of 6.33'; the proposed two-story addition would have a 23.0' right side yard setback whereas 30' are required in a R-1 A zone as per Article IV Section 220-12 schedule of dimensional and bulk requirements for residential districts of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a side yard variance of 7'.
The property is located on the east side of (28) West Rd,South Salem, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 49B, Block 9831 Lot 7, in an R-1A, One Acre Residential District consisting of approximately 0.60 acres.
