AND VARIOUS OTHER LOCATIONS JULY 2026 For this project, the Village of West Milwaukee will ONLY be receiving and accepting bids for the S. 49th Street Improvements Project via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Electronic bids will be accepted until 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 5, 2026. After the official Bid closing time, the Bids will be opened, reviewed and posted on the QuestCDN.com website. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 10 days after the Award, the Check or Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Village as liquidated damages. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided and all blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening.
