BOROUGH OF FAIR LAWN Zoning Board of Adjustment
NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Fair Lawn for site plan approval for a second floor addition to the existing one family home with variances involving Lot 4 Block 3415, commonly known as 27-05 Urban Place, as shown on the Tax and Assessment Map of the Borough of Fairlawn. The proposed relief is as follows:
(a) Grant variance for second floor addition to an existing one family home in R1-3 zone;
(b) Grant variance for pre-existing lot width, lot area, right side yard setback and left side yard setback;
(c) All other waivers and variances as may be necessary.
A Public Hearing has been scheduled before the Borough of Fair Lawn Zoning Board of Adjustment on Monday May 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building located at 8- 01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Fair Lawn, New Jersey 07410.
This notice is served upon you in accordance with the laws of New Jersey since you are a property owner within 200 feet of the property, which is the subject of the application. You may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition.
Copies of the proposed maps and papers have been filed with the Borough of Fair Lawn Zoning Office, Room 112, and are available for inspection during business hours.
